Chelsea is the founder of The Body Performance Therapy Centre, bringing years of experience across physical therapy, sports massage, deep tissue massage, and cupping. Her holistic approach to treatment ensures every client receives personalised care focused on long-term recovery and peak performance.

Sports massage, running and post event recovery, injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Level 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. Retrained from a background of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmaceuticals. Always been into triathlon and running.
